Children learn best when knowledge is acquired naturally through social interactions, sharing of expertise, and various experiences brought to the classrooms from the outside world. When children enjoy learning, everybody is a winner! In December 2021, our students competed in Social Studies and Science Jeopardy Games.

Playing Jeopardy in class is designed to meet several objectives:

• to motivate students to actively participate in class and assume more responsibility for learning
• provide in-class opportunities for teamwork
• reinforce students’ learning of concepts and principles previously taught in class

The games were the “Battles of the Titans”. Students unleashed their intellectual powers to the fullest! They defended their classes’ honor to the last aspect of knowledge. The Jeopardy game was so engaging that the outcome was not important.
